Carriage Paid Orders

Navigator MSL operate a low minimum carriage paid order level of £150. All standard range items will be delivered carriage paid if the order value is over £150 exclusive of VAT.

Please note that for bulkier orders, there could be an additional charge for very large or heavy items, or for a specific timed delivery, but we will always contact you beforehand to agree any extra charges with you before the items are despatched.

Next Day Delivery

Under normal circumstances, we try to deliver all orders received before 2pm each day by the end of the next working day. This is not always possible at peak times or when carriers are very busy (such as during the recent Corona virus epidemic).

To keep freight costs as low as possible we cannot specify a timed delivery slot without incurring extra charges.

Ex-Stock Clearance items

With over 4,500 product lines we will inevitably have occasional overstocks and clearance items. We inform our customers of special deals every week, sign up to receive our Friday Favourites here.
