Return policy
Unless claims for short weight are made in writing to the Seller as required under clause 6.7.1 of our Terms & Conditions, the Seller shall not be liable. If the Seller delivers up to and including 10% more or less than the quantity of the Goods ordered, the Buyer may not reject them.Where goods are accepted back at the Seller’s discretion due to customer order error, or where a price query is raised outside of the 5‑day period outlined in clause 3.4 of our Terms & Conditions, the Seller reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee.
Returned goods must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in original packaging.
