Telesales Executive

We are pleased to be able to advertise for a Telesales Executive, to be based at our Head Office in Sharnbrook. This person will report to the Office Manager.

Job Description:
Primary duties include approaching prospective customers, winning new clients, and maintaining good customer relationships with existing customers.

Main responsibilities:
Achieve agreed sales targets for a UK region both in sales value and margin.
Daily calls to customers which include cold calling for new sales opportunities.
Prepare sales quotations and sales order entry.
Maintain and manage customer data base.
Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty.
Working with Purchasing, Accounts and Warehouse to ensure the best service is offered to our customers.
 
Skills/Personal Attributes:
Professional, proactive, energetic and a keen team member.
Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration.
Attentive to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Professional telephone manner.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Support our key accounts, internal and external sales departments.
Customer services admin support.
Sales order entry, WISMO enquiries and general customer care.
Working with Purchasing, Accounts and Warehouse to ensure the best service is offered to our customers.
 
Skills/Personal Attributes:
Professional, proactive, energetic and a keen team member.
Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
