Navigator is working at full capacity and striving to maintain the highest standards of service, despite the continuing epidemic.
However, our carrier companies are experiencing very high demand which is stretching their capabilities. This is true of all the carriers that we use – none can guarantee delivery times while the current situation is in force.
While this may lead to some frustration, it is beyond our control and we thank our customers for bearing with us. To optimise the chance of a next day delivery, orders must be received before 2PM.
